Queso empanado

Esta receta previene de Bulgaria, es fácil de prepar y muy rica de sabor.

Ingredientes para 4 personas

  • 500gr. de queso feta o cualquier queso madurado
  • 2 huevos
  • pisca sal
  • harina
  • aceite

Preparación

Cortamos el queso a trozitos con diamertos 30×30 cm. Rompemos los huevos y separamos las yemas de las claras, batimos por separado con un poco de sal. Y empezamos a dar la vuelta de queso primero en las yemas, luego en la harina y al final en las claras, asi ya hecho ponemos el queso en el acete para freir se. No dejamos el queso que se frie hasta deshacer se, es vuelta y vuelta en el aceite bien caliente.

Este comida se puede ofrecer con ensalada de verdura fresca, una botella de vino tinto a temperatura adequada.
