- estrategias de Marketing directo
- búsqueda de información sobre productos, proveedores
- negociación entre comprador y vendedor sobre el precio, las condiciones de entrega, la forma de distribución
- la atención a los compradores antes y después de cerrado la venta(seguimiento)
- realización de trámites relacionados con la actividad comercial
- colaboración entre empresas con negocios comunes en la Internet, sea a largo plazo y de forma coyuntural y para una acción específica
En la e-commerce intervienen las empresas, los consumidores y las administracines públicas, y existen muchos términos para usar en el ámbito comercial.
A la altura en la cual nos encontramos son más los suman en los negocios en internet. Pues la gran Red a permitido, facilitando las relaciones comerciales entre la personas y no solo el negocio para las empresas establecidas.

Al mismo tiempo hay empresas que a puestan por formas más tradicionales de obtener ingresos, como la publicidad, pero con cierto riesgo pues es inestable.
